The War of Genesis Remnants of Gray, a SRPG remake of the 1995 series is nearing release for this year December. A mobile title(Asura Project) with cartoon rendering is also expected to release at a similar timeframe.

November 2023: Demo version release showcasing 2-3 hours of gameplay.
December 2023: Korean release on the Nintendo Switch

After years of tumultuous development including engine switch and delays, Remnants of Gray secured enough content to promise 70 to 80 hours of gameplay (including cutscenes).
The remake features the story of the first two mainline War of Genesis titles featuring a reworked story and reinterpretation of characters such as the redesigned main cast Iyolin and the Black Prince.
Core gameplay involves real-time exploration and turn-based combat. Movement and combat engagement will differ depending on party leader’s class. Besides the usual affair of tiled SRPGS iconic gameplay elements "Ultimate Skill” and “Magitech Gear” are making a return ensuring there’s no single right answer for every situation requiring strategic response from players.
The planned DLC dubbed “Hero’s Tomb” aims to provide difficult challenges where players can make use of their end-game geared and leveled characters.
